South Xinjiang has low temperature and local cotton cultivation or postponed

The temperature in southern Xinjiang in March 2011 was relatively low, and the sowing of new cotton was delayed overall. However, due to the fact that a small number of peasant households have land dumped and watered earlier, the land is already relatively dry, and it is necessary to start sowing recently. Most farmers expect that the start of broadcasting will be postponed until April 15th.
