WHY HOZEN?

It's vegan and crafted from premium recycled materials. The texture is incredibly soft, making it both eco-friendly and luxurious. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the stitching to the finishing touches. Plus, the color combinations and patterns are absolutely stunning!

I have a unique approach to fashion. I adore asymmetrical designs and love accessorizing with jewelry and bags to elevate my outfits. Since I spend a lot of time working physically in my studio, I prioritize comfort without compromising on style. Balance is key for me!

HOW DO YOU PRIORITIZE SELF-CARE?

I start my day with light stretching, sipping on warm lemon tea, and hydrating with water. Eating plenty of vegetables is crucial, even as a vegan. I often remind myself to eat more greens, especially when I'm busy in the studio.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELAX?

I make sure to take breaks and enjoy some fresh air, whether it's lounging in my backyard or playing with my dog. In the evenings, I unwind by sketching new ideas and designs. It’s a great way to recharge!

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

Nature, animals, and human experiences inspire me deeply. Seeing people pour their passion into their work motivates me endlessly, regardless of whether it’s related to art or not. Their dedication keeps me going!

FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?

My hometown in South Korea holds a special place in my heart. I visited last spring to reconnect with loved ones, but unfortunately, the pandemic has delayed my plans. I’m eager to return soon for another meaningful trip.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?

Ice cream and donuts top the list! One of my absolute favorites is the corn almond soft serve at Magpies in Silverlake. There’s something magical about how they blend those flavors!
